Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number when the order ships to follow its progress. For products that are in stock, I do my best to ship next business day. Pre-orders have all relative ETAs on the product's page.
If you have purchased items for pre-order as well as in-stock items, they will both ship together when the pre-order items are ready to ship. If you want your in-stock items sooner, you will need to make a purchase separate from your pre-order.
All domestic (US-based) orders are insured against being lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for providing a safe place for delivery. If you are unable to do so please reach out to arrange for signature confirmation, added insurance, etc. via the bigcartel messaging platform before your purchase.
I ship to as many countries as I am allowed to from the US. If you are not sure, please contact me prior to your purchase and I will do my best to see if I can find a way to ship to you.
Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers will be responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply and should plan ahead for the additional cost. Shipment time varies depending on your location. I am not responsible for delays due to customs, but if there seems to be an issue with delivery of your order, please contact me with any questions or concerns and I will do my best to try to help.
Refunds
If a package was lost in transit, you will be issued a refund. Please contact me if your order seems to be missing. Refunds will not be issued once a package is scanned as "delivered" on USPS tracking. Items are checked for quality prior to being shipped out and are packed to avoid damage in transit.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are generally not excepted, however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can try to find a solution.
Problems with your Order
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order please let me know. Your satisfaction is my biggest priority and I will work with you to arrange an exchange, return etc., if the situation calls for it.

In the case of items damaged in transit, please be prepared to provide a photograph upon request.
